Bonne Soiree Details

Thank you for inquiring about our Year 11 Fund Raising event - Bonne Soiree. Please find below some additional information with regards to the event.


Our Menu

The evening will start off with pre-dinner drinks and canapes from 6:30pm - 7pm on the verandah of the John Eastwood Hall. Guests will be invited to be seated at 7pm with entree beings served at approximately 7:15pm.

We will be serving alternate dishes for Entrees, Main Meals and Desserts. The Menu consists of the folllowing dishes:



Mediterranean Stack with Haloumi & Caramelized Onion

Fetta, Sundried Tomato & Baby Spinch Quiche


Main Meals

Oven Baked Barramundi with herbs & Garlic Aioli

Pasta in a Creamy Mushroom and Basil Sauce served with Steamed Broccoli & Baby Carrots



Chocolate Tiramisu with Berry Compote & Icecream

Stick Date Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce & Crushed Macadamia

Tea and Coffee

We will also cater for Vegetarians, Vegans and other dietary requirements.


Child Minding

Child minding Services will be available on the night from 6:15pm - 10:30pm. The cost is $5 per child. We will only be able to look after children between the age of 4 years - 12 years.  Pre-booking for child minding is required at the time of reservation. 


We do require that all bookings for dinner and child minding are completed in full by 5pm Monday 19 June so that final arrangements with regards to numbers can be made.
