Every family MUST complete:

• Fee Agreement Form
• Direct Debit Request Form (if choosing to pay by instalments)

Please ensure that your fee account information is current and all necessary arrangements have been completed with our Finance Department. They may be contacted by phoning (02) 9622 2424.
