Celebrating 50 years of education

In 2019, Mountain View Adventist College celebrated 50 years! Established as a tiny, two-room primary school in 1968 by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, we now cater to the educational needs of pre-Kindy to Year 12 students.

In 1983 we felt the need to add the first two years of high school and grew each year until our first Year 10 class completed their School Certificate in 1985. In 1998 we began catering to students wanting to do their Higher School Certificate and watched our first Year 12 class graduate the following year.

As community needs change, so did we. In 2002 we offered our first early education program to families in our community. Five years later, we initiated a middle school program catering to students in Years 5 – 8 and smoothing the transition from primary to secondary school.

Why not come and visit today to see our school in action?

We provide all students with an outstanding opportunity to learn, discover and explore who they are academically, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
